Why we show up in person
Online resources have real value — they are available at any hour, they can be revisited, and they reach people who would never attend a session. But they cannot do what a room can do: create the conditions for a young person to ask the question they have been carrying, or for a parent to say "I think this is already happening."
NMD's presentations are built around that moment. The content is the same as what you'll find on this site. The difference is the space — and what becomes possible when people are in it together.

Our programs
School Programs
Delivered directly into classrooms, assemblies, and advisory periods, NMD's school programs meet young people where they are — not in a separate "safety talk" that signals something is wrong, but as part of the normal conversation about how to navigate the world online. Sessions are age-appropriate, interactive, and designed to build skills rather than fear.
Parent & Caregiver Sessions
Many parents want to talk to their children about online safety but don't know where to start — or worry that raising the topic will alarm rather than protect. NMD's parent sessions focus on practical, non-alarmist language: how to open the conversation, what to listen for, and how to respond in a way that keeps the door open. Sessions are typically 90 minutes and include a Q&A period.
Community & Organisation Programs
Youth workers, coaches, faith community leaders, and volunteers are often the first adults a young person turns to — and they need the same knowledge as parents and teachers. NMD delivers tailored sessions for organisations that work with young people in any capacity, covering recognition, response, and how to create environments where young people feel safe to disclose.
The booking process
Booking a session is straightforward. We handle the logistics — you focus on your community.
After you submit a booking inquiry, a member of the NMD team will contact you to discuss your group, confirm logistics, and answer any questions.
Every group is different. We'll ask about your audience, any specific concerns you want addressed, and the format that works best for your space and schedule.
Facilitators receive a pre-session guide and any handouts or resources before the day. Teachers and group leaders receive a follow-up package after.
After the session, we check in to answer any questions that came up and share additional resources for your community.

Use the contact form to tell us about your group and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll take it from there.
